Placing orders
We always look forward to your valued order, small or large, and we sincerely thank you for this.
You can place an order as follows:

- and of course by ordinary classic post

In any case, we will contact you as soon as possible, for further processing of your order (possibly the same day).
DELIVERY
After receiving your order you will receive an order confirmation from us, with, if already known, the indication of the exact price – delivery time and any shipping costs (unless other terms and condistions between us and you as a customer are agreed ).
Goods are delivered by us (own service), or by parcel delivery (TNT or equivalent).
Large packages, pallets and long or heavy goods are delivered with road freight. Unloading is done with a lift truck or overhead crane. If these are not availbale , you must inform us in advance.
The delivery of goods are scheduled during normal office hours: 8-17h.
If nobody is present at your facility , or if another delivery address is desired, you must inform us in time.
Collection of available goods can also be done in our warehouse:
Opening hours: Monday – Friday: 8h -17h.
Pick-up outside these hours is possible after telephone appointment.
carriage costs for orders below 1000 € will be charged.
Orders from 1000 € are delivered carriage paid (postage free) in Belgium.
For volume goods, and lengths above 2m, postage may also be charged.
Fast deliveries (express) are always charged.
